With over 200 games of AFL experience, Elliot Yeo remains one of the West Coast Eagles’ most formidable and popular players. Known for his electric combination of speed, skill, and power, Yeo has been a key part of the club since joining in 2014.
After enduring a frustrating run of injuries, the midfield bull bounced back in 2024 with a standout season. An off-season trip to Qatar for specialist advice proved invaluable, allowing Yeo to return to his imposing best. He played 20 games and secured his second runner-up finish in the John Worsfold Medal, adding to his 2017 and 2018 Club Champion awards.
A 2018 premiership player and Eagles Life Member, Yeo has cemented his legacy in blue and gold. In 2024, he re-signed with the club for three more years, ensuring he will finish his decorated career out west. Off the field, he became a father in September and has embraced a mentorship role, guiding young gun Harley Reid through his debut season.
Beyond footy, Yeo is a fan favourite with his infectious personality, love for his dog Winston, and an irrational obsession with lawn care.
