Achievements

Fremantle Dockers defender Hayden Young has come off a break-out AFL season in 2022 when he played 22 games. Elevated to the leadership group in the off-season at only 21-years of age and after just 35 games. Boasting a calm head and silky left foot, the skilful half-back has signed a long-term deal to stay at Fremantle until at least the end of 2027.

The Victorian was Fremantle’s first selection at pick number 7 in the 2019 National Draft.

Growing up, Youngy said he barracked for Collingwood, but we’ve since forgiven him.
