‘Succession’ and ‘Ferris Bueller’s Day Off’ star Alan Ruck is ‘fine’ and thankful no one was killed after he crashed his vehicle into the side of a pizza shop.
On Tuesday night, the 67-year-old crashed his Rivian SUV into Raffallo’s Pizza in Hollywood.
“I’m fine and thank God nobody was killed,” Alan said in a new video shot by TMZ.
According to the outlet, the incident was caught on CCTV and appeared to involve a collision with another vehicle. They added that it’s now under police investigation, but the actor isn’t suspected of being under the influence. It’s also understood that two people were injured but are both expected to be OK.
On a lighter note, Alan acknowledged that online, the smash is being compared to that of the legendary Ferrari crash scene in 1986’s ‘Ferris Bueller’s Day Off’, where he played Cameron Frye.
“That’s what they’re saying,” he said.
