The fraudster behind the disastrous Fyre Festival Billy McFarland is at it again, shilling tickets for round two of the event that landed him in prison.

McFarland spruiked Fyfe Festival II on TikTok, admitting he used his 7 months in solitary confinement to not reflect and learn from the error of his ways, but to brainstorm and finesse the details of the sequel event in a 50-page plan.
