Our movie guy Ben O’Shea talked a big game on Thursday after seeing Kneecap, a new Irish comedy-drama featuring Michael Fassbender.
The film depicts the rise of Belfast-based hip-hop trio, Kneecap, and stars the band members as themselves.
Not heard of them? You’re not alone. Ben said that unless you’re from Northern Ireland, you probably haven’t, notably because they rap in Gaelic. Which is at the very heart of the flick.
Kneecap is now showing in cinemas.
