We’ve seen the teaser, now we can finally wrap our eyeballs around the official trailer for ‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’, and it seems that Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson, and Annie Potts aren’t just cameo appearances.
Picking up from ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’, Paul Rudd again takes the lead as the Spengler family leave Oklahoma for the iconic New York City firehouse to help the original Ghostbusters.
But when the discovery of an ancient relic unleashes paranormal chaos, along with a mysterious ‘death chill’ turning summer into a frozen nightmare, Ghostbusters new and old must join forces to save the world from a second Ice Age:
The flick marks the fifth instalment in the franchise, following the original ‘Ghostbusters’ in 1984, ‘Ghostbusters II’ in 1989, the female-led ‘Ghostbusters’ in 2016, and ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’ in 2021.
‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’ is set to premiere March 29.
