Ego: The Michael Gudinski Story traces how Gudinski’s humble beginnings lead him to founding the iconic Mushroom Records to becoming one of the most universally respected, trusted and loved Aussie promoters and record executives.

With commentary from industry heavyweights such as Kylie Minogue, Dave Grohl, Sting, Shirley Manson, Jimmy Barnes, Ed Sheeran, Bruce Springsteen and Billy Joel, the film’s director Paul Goldman described it to Clairsy & Lisa as “a love letter to the Australian music industry”.
