As the Foo Fighters gather some of Taylor Hawkins’ favourite musicians for a couple of upcoming shows celebrating his life and music, the drummer’s own son has paid a fitting tribute.
Oliver Shane Hawkins, 16, joined local band ‘The Alive’ during their Fourth of July block party to play ‘My Hero’ by the Foo Fighters.
Not just a important moment for the young Hawk, but judging by his playing, he’s one helluva chip of the ol’ block.
