After more than 30 years, Anthony ‘Blue Wiggle’ Field is the only original still performing with The Wiggles.
And whether it’s the OG Wiggle audiences crowds or children coming to their first show, the gig never gets old for him – everyone is wide-eyed and full of excitement.
Being a former preschool teacher, one thing that Field says he and the band was always prepared for a live audience to throw things at them they weren’t expecting.
While the unexpected aspect could always apply to little kids (such as yelling out for songs they’ve never done before “and hey, we’ll give it a try”) it seems it also works when performing at their Adults Only concerts too…
