Justin Timberlake’s glassy-eyed mugshot has been released less than 24 hours after he was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
The Sag Harbor Police Department shared the image with TMZ on Tuesday:
The 43-year-old spent the night behind bars after being charged with drink-driving in New York State.
The singer was pulled over after leaving a restaurant in the Hamptons driving his grey 2025 BMW UT about 12.30am on Tuesday morning, with the “SexyBack” hitmaker allegedly telling officers he only had one martini.
However, police allege he was spotted driving through a stop sign and swerving onto the wrong side of the road.
They also allege he had “bloodshot eyes and a strong scent of alcohol on his breath” when he was pulled over and refused to undergo a roadside breath test.
Timberlake was released late on Tuesday morning following a brief court appearance.
He’s due to front court again in late July on one count of driving while intoxicated.
