Prince George looked positively dapper in a new portrait taken by his mother, Kate Middleton, as she and Prince William celebrated his 11th birthday.

The new black-and-white photo of their eldest child smiling in a white button-down shirt and suit was shared to Instagram.

“Wishing Prince George a very happy 11th birthday today!” the caption read.

The royal family has a tradition of sharing portraits to celebrate their three children’s birthdays, with Prince Louis getting a dedication in April as he turned 6 years old…

….and Princess Charlotte being honoured when she turned 9 in May.

Prince William also got his own celebratory post last month in a casual photo, also taken by Middleton, of the future King of England enjoying a day at the beach with his kids.
