There is literally nothing worse than craving ice cream only to be told ‘sorry, the ice cream machine isn’t working right now’… but we have a homemade solution.
Even better, you only need three ingredients that you probably already have laying around.
You’ll need:
– a can of sweetened condensed milk
– 450ml of cream
– something for flavouring (vanilla, melted chocolate, in the video they use leftover caramel cheesecake, be creative)
Whisk the condensed milk and cream till it gets really thick before folding in whatever you’re adding for for flavour.
Throw it in the freezer for a couple hours and, my friends, you have ice cream.
