Busso is set to implement some of the strictest holiday home laws in the state.
Mayor Grant Henley spoke to Clairsy & Lisa on Thursday about the regulatory changes, which are set to come into effect in September…
Some of the changes for people renting short-term accommodation include:
- not leaving their dogs unattended at the property at any time
- a maximum number of vehicles to be parked at the property
- abide by the property’s code of conduct
- a limit on the number of guests past 10pm
- rubbish removal conditions
Rental owners will also be expected to:
- have a code of conduct displayed in the property
- display a sign with their (or a manager’s) contact details visible from the street
