UPDATE:

Frontier Touring have announced that Sunday night’s Bryan Adams concert is unable to be rescheduled and ticketholders ‘will be automatically refunded in full to the original payment method used for purchase and patrons do not need to take any action.’

Full statement:

Fans eager to rock out to Bryan Adams at Perth’s RAC Arena last night were left high and dry after the show was cancelled due to a massive sewer blockage.

A congealed mass of fat, grease, and rags, known as a ‘fatberg’ —wreaked havoc on Wellington Street, causing a burst water main that cut off the arena’s supply just hours before the Grammy-winner was set to take the stage as part of his So Happy It Hurts Tour.

Concertgoers were left disappointed, with many complaining that the venue should’ve called-off the concert much earlier.

“We were waiting for 4+ hours with very little communication,” one said on Facebook.
