It’s been a wild ride for Western Bulldogs coach Luke Beveridge and Fox Footy journo, Tom Morris.
“I’d never heard of him until yesterday,” Lisa remarked on Friday during a chat with Ryan Daniels, who broke down this post-game roasting… for an accurate report about Bulldogs premiership midfielder Lachie Hunter being dropped for the season opener.

Beveridge has since apologised for the tirade, but Ryan was reminded of how prickly some AFL coaches can be as a journo in those post-game pressers, listing off a handful… including former West Coast coach, Mick Malthouse…
Meanwhile, Morris saga took another twist on Thursday when he was stood down by Fox Sports on a separate matter.
Morris’ employers took the action in the wake of two social media posts that emerged on Thursday and are unrelated to his confrontation with Beveridge.
“Fox Sports has stood down a reporter pending an investigation regarding an inappropriate audio recording,” the company said in a statement.
“While it is not appropriate to comment further, Fox Sports is committed to a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected and valued.”
